Self-evaluation
First, I think I need to increase more vocabulary and practice listening.
I will forget what I should say or use the wrong word when I nervous or rush to express.
Second, I will forget to do "eye contact" with audience. I think I don't have eye contact is because I am thinking. No eye contact with audience is a big mistake for me, so I will be careful of it.
Third, I have many grammar problems. Bad grammar in a speech will make audience fell more confuse at my speech. Therefore, I will improve on that and practice more grammar on conversation.
In the end, I hope I can do well next time. I think I can improve a lot when I improve the three problems I had.

Self-evaluation
I think in this job interview, I am too nervous to answer the question.
I need keep confindent and think deeply to anwer.
I use bad gramer and use wrong words during the interview, I need improve my vocabulary and find out how to speak the suitable words in this questions.
The most important thing is I cna't use chinese during the job interviwe, i need well prepare to the question and find every words maybe I will use.
This time i show my confindent and smily to my audiences. I will keep them to my next speech.

I think I was very nervous. I didn't do very well this time.
At fist I forgot what should I say.Then I think I didn't answer the questions competely. Very briefly. I think my stregth is that I can answer the questions right away.My weakness is that I didn't konw how to say the number.30,000 I should say thirty thousand not the billion or million .I didn't eye contact to the audience . I 'm too nervous to smile. I will work harder next time. Especially , the number.
I will well-prepared next time.

In this speech, I felt too nervous. I didn't know how to said it.
First, I always use the bad posture like shake head etc.
I should improve it.
Second, I said too much negative answer. I thought it wasn't good for me.I should change it.
Final, the biggest problem is my grammar, I should study more in the grammar books.
And practice again and again. Maybe I would get a good grade in the speech.
Next time, I hope I can do more better than this time.
