Here, I want to thank teacher Teresa and presentor, Mr. 志健, he is so considerable a person, too. I think the attitude, the service, the belief, and the insight are the most important elements for reaching success. This is also what my aim to my future teaching career. Thank you all for giving me so much conception on everything. I really appreciate.

From Mr. Zhuang's well-organized speech, there are a lot of tips of serving. Espacially, the five kinds of service and the seven abilities of working gave my a lot of reflection. After this speech, I tried to search TQC test, I think it offers the different way for the students who major in English. Also, I read the book "御風而上" again and got a lot of different viewpoints from it. No matter how many plans I planed, I can start them from SMILE!^^

I'd like to thank to Teresa for inviting the presenters for us. I learned that the opportunity is for the people who prepare well. Maybe I will enter the service industry, or maybe not. But I realizez that I should be ready for doing anything!

You are a really nice person and a successful manager in your career. We have many in common. I have been teaching for more than 15 years, so I really have the same idea just like yours about how to treat your clients( students). Furthermore, your speech emphasize my teaching enthusiasm deeply again. I appreciate what you have inspred us in there, and thank you again.

I want to apologize for being absent in this great speech. And I think this speech will supply our classmates lots of reflections. In the future if I will work in the service industry, I think the most important to me is being modest and be willing to accept the new thoughts. Moreover, acquiring the certificates to prove that I am familar with the service I serve is required should be. Also, do care about the customers from our truly heart is as major as our professional skills, that is what a service shall work on.

Thanks Mr.Zhuang and teacher Teresa for the wonderful speech. I totally agree that teacher Teresa said that don't just think now, and you have to think about your futher. Yes, we come to CYUT not just for the dissertation and the Master degree, the most important thing is the procedure we get the degree. I would like to say that Mr. Zhuang recall my enthusiam about English teaching and inspire me that I need to love my job, my life and every thing around me. I enjoy Mr. Zhuang speech very much and I love Cave book store more after Mr. Zhuang's speech.

Mr. Zhuang delivered an interesting and educational speech. I learned a lot about the service industry and how to be a successful manager and salesperson. Having so many licenses really impresses me. I am considering taking more courses and obtaining licenses in various fields to gain insights into different worlds and observe from different perspectives. "The ones who are ready will gain trust from others", this inspires me to be more confident and to create my own value.

In Mr. Zhuang's speech, he provided his interesting and important experience for us. In his speech, we can learn many things about vocational conception and thoughts. Besides, he inspired us that we also should try to take some licences of certification for your future work. Some licences of certification can promote your own value. I really appreciate him.

The speaker is a careful person and he always pays attention on small detail. I think as a management it is important to discover and see the thing that general people don’t discover. Besides, I appreciate his good control of his emotion. He often deals things with clear mind and know the needs of his customs. This small speech makes me understand the service is not as easy as I think before. I should more humble to learn everything around me.

Through Zhuang’s speech, I think he always works with enthusiasm. It is difficult for me to keep active all the time, so I admire Zhuang’s personality. He also inspire me that no matter what your educational background is, as long as you work hard, you can succeed one day.
